Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients for life insurance and investment planning. Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships. Regularly talk to existing clients for policy reviews and financial updates. Generate business from existing clients. Generate leads through referrals, business networks (like BNI), and digital platforms. Connect with HR heads, corporate offices, and associations for partnership opportunities. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Design customized insurance and investment plans based on client goals. Represent Life N Legacy at corporate meetings, events, and business forums. Support branding initiatives and promotional activities to increase visibility. Coordinate with the operations and client service team for smooth policy servicing. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel trackers. Report weekly progress to the management team. Conduct financial literacy sessions and awareness workshops. Ensure clients understand policy benefits, claim procedures, and renewal timelines. Adhere to IRDAI regulations and company compliance standards. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.
