to join our growing interior design firm based at CST Fort. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the design, architecture, or real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, corporate clients, and property owners.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design team to deliver tailored interior solutions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business targets.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to pitch design solutions effectively.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospective clients and ongoing deals using CRM tools.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize offerings.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand visibility.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
4-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related industry.
Strong understanding of interior design and architectural services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Work Timings:
Monday to Friday , 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday, 10:00 Am - 3:00 PM
Sunday, Offf
