Timings : 9:30am - 6:30pm (Mon - Fri)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident female Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing the company at client sites, conducting in-person meetings, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth.

This is a client-facing role, and the candidate must be comfortable with traveling to client locations, handling presentations, and leading business discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and lead physical client meetings on-site to discuss project requirements, proposals, and ongoing business.
Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and present appropriate business solutions.
Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, operations) to fulfill client expectations.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Track and report business development activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - must be able to confidently lead client conversations.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients at their offices or project sites.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.

Prior experience in a client-facing, field-based role is highly desirable.
