Role Overview




We are seeking a driven and dynamic

Business Development Manager

with a minimum of

3 years of experience

in business development, preferably within the advertising, media, or digital marketing space. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth in the Mumbai market.

Key Responsibilities




Identify and acquire new business opportunities in advertising, branding, and digital marketing. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand client requirements and create customized proposals/presentations. Collaborate with internal creative, servicing, and digital teams to deliver solutions. Meet and exceed business development targets. Track industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities. Represent Tempest Advertising at client meetings, events, and industry forums. ####

Qualifications & Skills




Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience

in Business Development in advertising, media, or marketing agencies. Strong understanding of digital as well as traditional advertising. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused. ####
