Role Overview

This role involves proactive B2B outreach, conducting company presentations, and fostering long-term collaborations with organizations such as local businesses. Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential partners aligned with our business objectives, including local businesses.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, delivering compelling presentations to showcase partnership opportunities.
Develop and implement loyalty programs to strengthen partner relationships.
Build and maintain an effective network of strategic collaborators.
Perform regular follow-ups and track relationship progress to ensure sustained engagement.
Analyze partnership performance and provide detailed reports on outreach efforts and outcomes.
Collaborate with our internationally-based team to align activities and achieve shared goals.
Meet individualized KPIs for partner engagement and client acquisition.

Requirements
At least
1 year of experience
in business development and B2B sales.
Prior experience in
investment services, real estate
, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
; additional languages (e.g.,
Punjabi or Urdu
) are a plus.
Comfortable with
B2B cold outreach
and conducting
in-person networking across Mumbai
.
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with strong organizational skills.
An existing
network or contacts
in relevant industries is a significant advantage.
Higher education
is preferred but not required.
Valid
driving license and access to a personal vehicle
is an advantage for commuting to meetings.
