Experience - 4 to 8 years
As a BDM - Corporate Gifting, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new corporate clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and offering customized luxury gifting solutions. You will work closely with procurement, design, and logistics teams to ensure premium service and timely execution for every order.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify, approach, and convert potential clients from industries like BFSI, Real Estate, Pharma, Luxury Retail, Automotive, and HNI groups.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate clients for seasonal and year-round gifting.
Client Relationship Management
Build lasting relationships with CXOs, purchase heads, admin teams, and event managers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos showcasing high-end gifting options.
Manage post-sale service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Customization & Consultation
Work with internal teams to design tailor-made gifting solutions (engraving, packaging, branding).
Stay updated on trends in luxury gifting to make relevant recommendations.
Sales Operations & Execution
Coordinate pricing, quotations, invoicing, and follow-ups.
Track inventory availability and delivery timelines for bulk/custom orders.
Ensure seamless execution of large gifting campaigns and timely deliveries.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging product innovations.
Provide client feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills
4-8 years in corporate sales/business development, preferably in luxury products, premium gifting, or high-end B2B sales.
Strong network with admin/HR/procurement teams in mid to large corporates.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and communicate value propositions of artisanal/luxury items.
Education
Graduate in any stream; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is a plus.

Experience working with festive gifting, employee recognition, client appreciation programs.
Appreciation for craftsmanship, luxury goods, and gifting culture.
High attention to detail and client servicing skills.
