We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in ERP, SaaS, or IT Product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new enterprise clients, managing the complete sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP / SaaS / IT products
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise & mid-market clients
Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients
Understand customer business needs and propose suitable solutions
Prepare proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract closures
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports
Track market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in ERP / SaaS / IT Product sales
Strong understanding of B2B sales, consultative selling, and solution selling
Experience selling products like ERP, CRM, HRMS, Accounting, or Cloud-based solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Target-driven with a strong closure mindset
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
Experience working with startups or fast-growing organizations
Exposure to domestic and/or international markets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue generation and target achievement
New client acquisition
Conversion rate from leads to closures
Client retention and repeat business
