We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Business Development Manager (BDM)
for our Real Estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling
incoming leads
, coordinating with potential clients, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and manage
incoming leads
generated through AI tools, digital marketing, portals, and campaigns
Coordinate with prospective clients .
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects
Schedule
site visits
and coordinate with sales/site teams
Maintain proper follow-up and ensure timely client communication
Prepare and present sales proposals and project details
Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Also dealing with the brokers and resolve there issues .
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a
BDM / Sales Manager
in Real Estate
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to close deals and handle objections
Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
