We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Business Development Manager
to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and building strong relationships. The role involves strategic planning, sales leadership, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and MIS reports
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
4+ years of experience in business development or sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
