Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets in India
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach efforts
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive revenue growth
Track performance metrics and report on business development activities
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred)
