About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented

Business Development Manager

to join our growing team in Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, and social media. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while promoting our PR, Digital Marketing, and Influencer Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and networking. Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) to present and promote our services. Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients. Understand client goals and challenges to offer tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent client service and consistent support. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through ongoing client engagement. Effectively communicate the value of PR, Digital Marketing, and Influencer Marketing services. Create customized proposals and compelling presentations aligned with client needs. Handle objections and queries confidently to close deals. Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on industry trends. Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development with promotional campaigns. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead status in CRM tools. Prepare regular reports on performance, lead conversion, and revenue metrics. Analyze data to improve strategies and enhance outcomes. Work closely with internal teams (PR, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing) for smooth service delivery. Relay client feedback to relevant teams for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications



Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition--preferably in PR, Digital Marketing, or Influencer Marketing domains. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
