We are a small and growing mobile game studio focused on designing, developing, and publishing games on

Mobile

. We already have games live on the Play Store and are actively building multiple new projects.

Now, we're looking for someone who can help us

scale the studio

-- by driving growth, bringing partnerships, and helping us access funding and publishing opportunities.

Role Overview



As a

Business Development Manager

, you will work closely with the founders to grow the studio beyond development. Your focus will be on

funding, partnerships, monetization strategy, and long-term growth

.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the

mobile gaming ecosystem

and enjoys working with early-stage studios.

Key Responsibilities



Growth & Strategy

Identify opportunities to scale our games and studio Help define growth strategies for downloads, revenue, and visibility Analyze basic KPIs (retention, CPI, LTV, revenue trends)
Funding & Investments

Identify and approach potential investors, angels, VCs, and accelerators Help prepare pitch decks, growth plans, and funding proposals Coordinate and support investor pitches and follow-ups
Partnerships & Publishing

Reach out to mobile game publishers and platform partners Negotiate publishing, funding, or UA support deals Build long-term relationships within the gaming industry
Studio Development

Advise on monetization models (ads, IAPs, hybrid) Help prioritize projects with higher business potential Support founders in strategic decision-making

Requirements



Experience in

business development, partnerships, or growth

(gaming preferred) Understanding of

mobile games

, especially Android Familiarity with KPIs like retention, CPI, ARPU, LTV (high-level is fine) Strong communication and pitching skills Ability to work with a small team and early-stage setup

Nice to Have



Existing network of investors, publishers, or gaming professionals Experience with indie or startup studios Knowledge of mobile monetization and UA strategies Experience raising funds or closing publishing deals
