We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Professionals who will be at the forefront of building new business opportunities catering to the services rendered by the organization. An active listener with a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new business are the vibes we are looking for, in the individual.
Responsibilities:
Identify and penetrate potential clients, build rapport, and arrange meetings.
Drive the full BD cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
Research market opportunities, develop growth strategies, and stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare pitches, quotes, and proposals; manage and retain client relationships.
Attend conferences and industry events to expand networks.
Proven 2+ years' experience in sales/business development within Digital/Creative Agencies.
Strong strategic thinking, multitasking, and result-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
