We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to handle MICE and corporate travel segments. The role involves identifying new business opportunities from corporate clients, managing key accounts, and developing customized group travel and event solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new corporate and MICE clients
Design and present travel proposals for incentive trips, conferences, and meetings
Manage end-to-end execution of corporate group travel and events
Build and maintain strong business relationships with decision-makers
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2-6 years of experience in MICE or corporate travel sales
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close high-value deals
Excellent communication and relationship management
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
