Lead Generation for travel and leisure vacation tour packages
Qualification of Leads
Market Segmentation and Positioning
Enquiry management
Developing MICE / Corporate / Incentive travel business
Coordination with the B2C agents and with our internal Sales Ops team in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and India
Sales Closure, and Payment collection (Direct remittance / local cash collection / local billing)
Tour confirmation voucher, and supervision of the ongoing tours
Client (B2C agents) relationship management
Ensuring continual improvement in the sales & operation process
Extracting maximum business from our agency clients for the destinations we serve
Keeping yourself abreast of the changes in the government and statutory laws and regulations that might affect the tourism business
The soft skills required are-
1. High level of integrity
2. Self-discipline
3. Commitment to customer service, i.e. responsiveness and being responsible
And, the technical skills required are-
1. Adequate knowledge of Tourist destinations, especially those that we handle- Vietnam, Thailand, Bali, etc. and updated and sound knowledge of travel and leisure vacations industry
2. Understanding of customer psychology
3. Smart and clear communication skills (Hindi, English, etc.)
4. Well versed with working on Windows and MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, Power point, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹221,377.74 - ₹678,044.13 per year
