Identify and onboard local growth channels: society tie-ups, gyms, salons, bridal studios, corporates, influencers, referral doctors.
Plan and execute lead-generation activities: camps, events, workshops, referral programs, alliance offers.
Build and manage partner relationships with clear win-win terms and monthly performance reviews.
Create outreach lists, pitch decks/messages, and meeting schedules for partnerships.
Track BD pipeline from prospecting ? meetings ? closure ? activation ? lead delivery.
Coordinate with marketing team for creatives, landing pages, offers, tracking links/QR codes.
Ensure lead attribution and ROI tracking by channel (CPL, appointment rate, conversion rate, revenue).
Negotiate commercial terms (commission, co-marketing, event participation) within approved limits.
Manage field visits when required and represent BallDerma professionally.
Submit weekly BD reports with numbers, insights, and next actions.
Maintain brand reputation--ensure all partnerships align with premium clinic standards and ethics.
