Position Objective



To drive business development, client acquisition, and project expansion in Maharashtra & Pan India. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities in rebar couplers, building strong client relationships, and enhancing the company's market presence among contractors, consultants, developers, and EPC companies.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, develop, and convert business opportunities for prestressing, post-tensioning, rebar couplers and related products/services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, industrial clients, government bodies, and infrastructure developers. Conduct regular visits to client offices, project sites, industrial plants, and consultant locations. Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and prequalification documents. Coordinate with HO - Design, Estimation, Accounts, and Execution teams for pricing, project updates, and timely client communication. Track tenders, EPC opportunities, industrial projects, and government infrastructure works in the region. Represent the company at technical seminars, exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings. Prepare monthly business development reports, opportunity pipelines, and sales forecasts. Maintain competitor analysis, market intelligence, and emerging technology updates. Support after-sales communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile



Qualification



B.E. Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) MBA in Sales/ Marketing / Operations will be an advantage.

Experience



3-5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in: Infrastructure & construction industry EPC & turnkey projects Rebar Couplers- Product/ Sale Mechanical systems, prestressing, or structural products (preferred) Work Experience in civil Engineering Projects (preferred)

Skills Required



Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Understanding of industrial & construction project workflows Knowledge of tendering, pricing, and technical proposals Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently

Other Requirements



Strong local contacts in the construction/infrastructure industry (added advantage) Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Willing to travel extensively across Maharashtra and PAN India based on project and business needs.
