Business Development Manager - Wires & Cables (B2B)
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B customers in industrial, OEM, EPC, and distributor segments.
Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, technical) for timely execution of orders.
Participate in trade shows, client visits, and technical discussions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales within the wires & cables industry.
Strong technical understanding of cable products and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel and work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹223,583.32 - ₹1,080,882.31 per year
