Key Responsibilities1. Business Growth & Revenue Generation
Identify new business opportunities in corporate, travel trade, MICE, weddings, and leisure segments.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy and banquet/event bookings.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and online partners.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and property show-arounds.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Recommend strategic actions to strengthen the company's positioning.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and brand visibility.
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare proposals, quotations, and corporate rate contracts.
Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for smooth service delivery.
Maintain CRM records and prepare MIS reports on leads, conversions, and revenue performance.
5. Brand Promotion
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-7 years of experience in
hospitality sales/business development
.
Strong network in corporate sales, travel trade, and events industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
