:
1-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
4-Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
5-Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
6-Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
8-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
9-Achieving sales target to meet the company requirement and fulfil the customer satisfaction
10-Identifying key accounts and strategically securing profitable business as well as new business tie-ups with the corporate.
11-Building Relationship with decision makers and key buyers in pre-sales negotiation stages after giving presentations to prospective clients and generating enquiries
Requirements and skills
1- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role for 4-5 year (Only ISP Background Candidate prefer)
2- Proven sales track record
3-Experience in customer support is a plus
4- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
5-Proficiency in English
6-Proficiency in SI (System Integration) is must
7-Market knowledge
8-Communication and negotiation skills
9-Ability to build report
10-Time management and planning skills
11-Should have good Knowledge of IT Products.
12-Excellent Communication. Education: B.sc/BA/ MBA / MCA / B.Tech / Graduate / ITI Diploma holder,
