Job Title: Sales Manager (PAN India) - Individual Role



About the Role:


We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join our team across PAN India. The primary focus will be acquiring new clients for our IT Services and HRMS/Workspace Management products. This is an end-to-end sales role--from lead generation to closing deals.

Who's the Best Fit:



Someone with experience selling HRMS, attendance, or workspace management software. Passionate about converting numbers into sales and achieving targets. Strong in client acquisition and relationship management. Ready to take ownership of the full sales cycle. Immediate joiners preferred.

What You'll Do:



Identify and acquire new clients for IT services and HRMS-related products. Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting ? pitching ? demos ? negotiation ? closure. Work closely with internal teams to align client requirements. Contribute to business expansion across new regions.
