About the Role



We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic

Business Development Manager

to drive business growth across our

Web Application

,

Mobile App

, and

eCommerce

service verticals. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience, a strong network, and a proven track record in building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading end-to-end business development processes within the software and IT services domain.

This role requires a blend of

technical understanding and business acumen

, enabling effective collaboration with clients, technical teams, and leadership to deliver value-driven digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategies to achieve company growth and revenue targets in the software services domain.

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in

web, mobile, and eCommerce application development

.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, solution-oriented discussions, and consistent follow-ups.

Work closely with technical and project delivery teams to align client needs with service capabilities.

Prepare and deliver compelling

presentations, proposals, and RFP responses

.

Drive partnership opportunities, explore new markets, and identify trends in digital transformation and emerging technologies.

Manage and mentor the business development team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Collaborate with leadership to refine

pricing strategies

,

go-to-market approaches

, and

sales processes

.

Required Skills & Expertise



10+ years of proven experience in

Business Development / Sales

within the

IT or Software Services industry

.

Strong understanding of

Web Application Development

,

Mobile App Development

, and

eCommerce platforms

.

Proven ability to lead the entire

sales lifecycle

-- from prospecting to closing and account management.

Excellent understanding of

software project estimation

,

client requirements

, and

technical solution mapping

.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (technical, design, QA, DevOps).

Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making and long-term relationship management focus.

Preferred Qualifications



MBA or equivalent degree in

Marketing, Business Management, or IT

.

Experience working with

international clients

(US, UK, EU, Middle East).

Familiarity with

CRM tools

(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).

Strong understanding of

digital transformation trends

AI

cloud technologies

modern development stacks

.
