Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and customer acquisition.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales progress.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that promote our services.
Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and forecasts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer relationships.
Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to think critically about market trends.
Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
