Job Description

Meet and build strong business relationships with

architects, builders, and contractors

. Generate new business opportunities and

drive project sales

in the Pune and Maharashtra region. Handle the entire

sales cycle

-- from client meeting, negotiation, and deal closure to project coordination. Act as a

single point of contact

for clients, ensuring smooth communication and execution. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure

project management, craftsmen services, and client support

are handled efficiently. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in the

building materials or fenestration industry

. Strong network and relationships with

architects, builders, and construction professionals

in Pune and Maharashtra. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in

English, Hindi, and Marathi

. Strong presentation, client handling, and project management abilities. Must be self-motivated and able to manage end-to-end business development.

Pay: From ?480,000.00 per year
