Business Development Manager - Marketing Department
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, manage relationships with financial institutions, and generate new business opportunities. The role involves proposal handling, tender participation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients through various lead-generation platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Develop proposals and business pitches for products and services.
Manage sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure conversions.
Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Accounts for pricing, agreements, and billing.
Monitor GeM portal for tenders and maintain participation tracker.
Prepare regular reports on leads, revenue, and client activity.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in B2B sales and client management.
Knowledge of banking/financial services preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and GeM portal.
Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
3-6 years of relevant experience.
