We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategy to increase revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and offerings with client needs.
Track sales performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of sales principles, business development strategies, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and metrics.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and in a team.
