Job Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the private sector, especially builders and developers.
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and acquire new PMC projects.
Sourcing & acquisition of new potential clients for our Technical & Audit Services.
Active involvement in understanding the client's requirement & suggesting the solution for the same.

o Managing end-to-end deal execution involving communicating with client management, ensure seamless information flow, negotiation, follow up, preparation of deal document and ensuring final deal closure.

o Maintaining relationship with new & existing clients.

o Ensure post sale needs of the clients by way of servicing them.

o Handle service queries & escalations within time frame.
Meeting productivity targets as assigned by the organization.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduate with 3-5 years of similar experience Business Development.
Excellent
Communication Skill in English.
Passionate for sales & high on energy level.
Must be ready to travel as & when required.
