We are expanding and looking for a
Business Development Manager
who brings experience from a
digital marketing agency

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead generation & prospecting
: Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
Client relationship management
: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to help them achieve their marketing goals
Strategic insights
: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies
Sales presentations & proposals
: Create and present compelling sales pitches that convert prospects into clients
Collaborate with teams
: Work closely with marketing and strategy teams to design campaigns that generate qualified leads
Sales performance
: Track and analyze sales metrics, continuously improving performance based on data-driven insights
Contract negotiations & deal closure
: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to meet revenue targets
Team leadership
: Guide and motivate the business development team to meet targets and ensure high productivity
What We're Looking For:
Experience in business development within the digital marketing industry
(Mandatory)
In-depth knowledge of
SEO
,
PPC
,
social media marketing
, and
content marketing
Proven track record of
driving sales
and meeting revenue targets in a
digital marketing agency environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
Proficiency with
CRM tools
and
Microsoft Office Suite
