Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the US market by developing partnerships, managing client relationships, and supporting the BD leadership team. This role involves identifying new opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful execution of business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Build and manage a strong pipeline, lead outreach, negotiations, and deal closures.
Collaborate with BD Heads and partners on market expansion strategies.
Strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue and retention.
Conduct market research and provide insights on trends, competition, and opportunities.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for leadership.
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2+ years of business development/partnership experience, preferably in the US market.
Proven track record of achieving revenue and partnership targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self-driven, strategic thinker, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
