We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our salon team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth through partnerships, client acquisition, and brand awareness. This role involves promoting salon services, expanding customer reach, and ensuring revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and local communities.
Promote salon services, membership plans, and special offers to increase sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and outreach programs.
Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their needs and offer customized salon solutions.
Negotiate contracts, packages, and partnerships to maximize revenue.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with the salon manager and front desk team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Track sales activities, prepare reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Represent the salon brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in beauty/wellness industry is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of salon services, beauty trends, and customer needs.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
