Their expertise lies in offering strategic consulting, precise development, seamless database migration, expert system upgrades and innovative website design services for Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities

:

Business Development & Strategy

:

Identify and research potential markets, clients and business opportunities for IT services and Odoo ERP solutions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Monitor industry trends to identify market demands and emerging opportunities.

Client Acquisition

:

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media outreach and industry events. Qualify leads, conduct discovery meetings and understand client requirements. Present tailored IT solutions and Odoo implementation services to clients, highlighting value propositions.

Relationship Management

:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Proposal & Negotiation

:

Prepare detailed business proposals, quotations and contracts. Lead negotiations and close deals with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.

Collaboration

:

Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client success. Provide feedback on product/service improvements based on client needs.

Reporting & Analysis

:

Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts and pipeline progress. Analyze business data to refine strategies and improve results.

Qualifications



Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in business development and client relationship management Knowledge of ERP solutions and the tech industry Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
