Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager .The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of relevant experience, an MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute, and preferably an engineering background. The role demands leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on execution to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1

. Business Development & Client Engagement


Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Successfully close deals and ensure client satisfaction through seamless project handovers.

2. Government Tenders & Bidding


Identify opportunities in government tenders for e-governance projects. Prepare competitive bids, proposals, and tender documentation to secure projects. Ensure timely submission of tenders with full compliance.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination


Provide strategic direction to the Sales, Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams. Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities on CRM tools and sales strategies.

4. Strategic Planning & Execution


Develop and implement effective business development strategies. Collaborate with internal teams for pricing models and proposal creation.

5. CRM & Tools Management


Lead the use of CRM systems and related tools for client management and analytics.

6. Communication & Reporting


Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development performance. Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams in

English, Hindi, and Marathi.
