We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sales of digital marketing services, with over 5 years of experience. This role demands a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth for digital marketing services. Identify and target potential clients, including SMEs, startups, and large enterprises. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations. Understand client needs and tailor digital marketing solutions to meet their specific business objectives. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the digital marketing space. Stay updated with the latest developments in digital marketing technologies and methodologies.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with the internal marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client projects.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the digital marketing industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge & Skills:

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and web development. Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
