Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and approach potential clients for advertising and brand endorsement opportunities.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and brand managers.
Pitch creative advertising solutions, influencer collaborations, and celebrity endorsement packages.
Collaborate with the creative and production teams to deliver customized solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
Key Skills & Requirements
Proven experience (2-5 years) in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing in Advertising, Media, or Brand Endorsement.
Strong network of brand managers, marketing heads, and agencies is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively in line with client needs.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
