Role Summary
You will own new business acquisition and key account growth for the agency. This includes hunting for qualified leads, crafting solutions with our strategy/creative/performance teams, and closing high-value retainers or projects. Success = predictable pipeline, strong win rates, and delighted clients that expand.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Prospecting
Identify and qualify prospects via LinkedIn, email, events, referrals, and partnerships.
Run outbound sequences and discovery calls.
Consultative Selling
Lead discovery to uncover goals, budgets, timelines, and decision processes.
Translate needs into tailored solutions spanning strategy, media (Meta/Google), SEO, content, websites, branding, and analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams to scope, price, and position proposals.
Proposals, Pitching & Closure
Create pitch decks, proposals, SoWs, and commercials with clear deliverables.
Run multi-stakeholder demos and negotiations; manage objections and procurement.
Close retainers, performance-based engagements, and project deals.
Account Growth
Onboard new accounts smoothly; set success metrics and cadence.
Partner with Client Strategy to improve NPS and renewals.
Forecasting, Tools & Reporting
Deliver weekly forecasts, pipeline health checks, and post-mortems on lost deals.
Track lead sources and ROI to refine channels.
Market Intelligence & Partnerships
Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and trends.
Build partner ecosystem (tech platforms, affiliates, creative studios) to co-sell.
Required Qualifications
3-7 years in B2B new business for digital marketing/advertising.
Proven track record against quarterly revenue targets.
Strong storytelling and proposal-writing skills; advanced presentation & negotiation.
Solid understanding of performance marketing (Meta/Google), SEO/ASO, content, web/UX, analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
Behavioral Competencies
Ownership mindset; bias for action and outcomes.
Consultative, problem-first approach; high empathy and listening.
Structured communicator; excellent written and verbal English (Hindi/Marathi a plus).
Persistence, resilience, and ethical selling.
