As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and selling a portfolio of digital and content services.
What You'll Be Selling
Corporate websites: strategy, content, design, and development
B2B social media retainers: LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter
Thought-leadership content programs
Corporate videos
Special projects: annual reports, sustainability reports, coffee table books, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts, email outreach and networking across industries for content and creative services
Nurture prospects through email campaigns, cold calling and client meetings
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a transparent and steady manner.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, digital) to align deliverables with client expectations
Represent the company at relevant industry events and networking forums
Stay updated on trends in thought leadership, digital storytelling, and B2B content marketing
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Experience
: 6-8 years in sales, ideally with exposure to selling corporate websites, digital content, or social media retainers
Sales Performance
: Proven ability to close B2B/B2C deals and consistently meet targets
Client Management
: Skilled at managing and growing high-value client accounts
Strategic Selling
: Able to design and execute consultative sales approaches
Communication
: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Education
: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Good-to-Have
Friendly client network within Indian and international markets
Experience selling integrated digital, design and content solutions
Ability to navigate fast-paced and evolving digital environments
Consultative, integrity-driven sales style focused on long-term partnerships
