What You'll Do
This is a high-impact role where you'll be actively responsible for bringing new franchisees on board.
Identify and reach out to potential franchise partners across India
Pitch the Bikester Global franchise model and handle all early-stage discussions
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads -- from first call to franchise agreement
Conduct presentations and meetings to close deals
Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth onboarding
Create franchise sales reports and dashboards to track performance
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or channel partnerships
Strong communication and negotiation skills -- you can win trust and close deals
Experience in retail/franchise expansion preferred ( Apparel, or similar industries)
Self-starter with a "figure it out and get it done" mindset
Fluent in English and Hindi; other regional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel (Pan India)
