Responsibilities Approaching manufacturers & service providers' i.e. industrial clients for Internet Marketing products like SEO etc. Generating leads & responsible for the management of leads generated by BDE. Meeting with 4 Clients on daily basis Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships Partner with sales team to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies. Communicate expectations, assignments and responsibilities clearly and professionally Responsible to handle Sales team (3-4 members) Qualification Post Graduate or Graduate With equivalent in Business Management 4+ years' of experience in B2B( Sales and Marketing) Experience in field sales and marketing Profile Experience in team handling of 3 to 4 members Skills Required: ₹ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. Excellency in persuasion Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. Great leadership skills and Team-management and. Customer focus and result oriented approach Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. Minimum 4 years of experience in Managerial Role (Preferred Sales and Marketing)
