We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cold calling, conducting virtual meetings, following up on leads, and converting opportunities into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential customers.
Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and social media.
Client Engagement
Schedule and conduct e-meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) with prospects to present solutions.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Sales Conversion
Follow up with leads through calls/emails to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and deal progress in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports and feedback to the sales manager.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer insights.
Share market feedback to enhance product/service offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a similar role.
Proven experience with cold calling and virtual selling.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
