Business Development Executive
to drive business growth by expanding our client base and nurturing long-term relationships. This role is crucial in identifying new market opportunities, generating revenue, and enhancing client satisfaction. You will represent the company and play a key role in building strategic partnerships for long-term success.
1. Business Opportunity Generation
Acquire new clients, especially in the
Banking & Finance
domain, while expanding services with existing clients.
Conduct thorough
market research
to identify potential target markets, industries, and clients.
Understand and communicate the company's
IT products and services
with a strong grasp of competitive advantages.
Identify and pursue new leads through
cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
.
Develop and implement a strategic growth plan focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Actively participate in
bidding processes
and prepare/submitting client proposals.
Promote company products and services through presentations, meetings, and marketing activities.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with
key clients, stakeholders, and partners
.
Conduct regular meetings, negotiations, and presentations to understand and address client needs.
Ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction by delivering personalized solutions.
Schedule appointments with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions to achieve profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
Manage the
entire sales cycle
including post-sales support and
payment collection
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like
Marketing
and
Product Development
to ensure alignment with company goals.
Identify opportunities for upselling and suggest new products/services based on customer needs.
4. Market Analysis & Strategy
Monitor
market trends
, competitor strategies, and industry developments.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making.
Contribute to refining business development strategies based on market research and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA
in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Mandatory).
Minimum
3 years of experience
in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Proven experience in
IT Sales
,
Banking & Finance domain
,
Lead Generation
, or
Pre-Sales
.
Strong
sales orientation
, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in
bidding

proposal drafting
, and client onboarding.
Excellent
negotiation and communication skills

Experience or knowledge in

MS Office Suite
