Now, were looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take this vertical to the next level.
Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding Hubbles gift card product across B2B and B2C channels. This includes onboarding new brand partners, working with offline and online distribution networks, managing enterprise gifting partnerships, and collaborating with operations and product teams to scale physical issuance efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new brand partners for gift card issuance.
- Develop and manage distribution partnerships (retail stores, gifting partners, fintech resellers, corporates).
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure across B2B clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline gift card inventory, logistics, and redemption processes.
- Drive corporate and channel gifting sales with physical card SKUs.
- Track performance, ensure partner satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
- Represent Hubble at relevant events, expos, and conferences to promote our gift card ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales preferably in gifting, prepaid cards, or loyalty programs.
- Strong network within retail, HR rewards, and corporate gifting verticals is a big plus.
- Proven ability to drive B2B sales and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Understanding of physical product distribution and operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
