Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic

Business Development Manager

to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in sales and client management, with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement a

strategic business growth plan

focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Identify

new market opportunities, client segments, and business prospects

through research and networking. Arrange and lead

business meetings

with potential clients to promote company services. Present customized marketing and creative solutions addressing clients' specific business goals. Negotiate and prepare

sales contracts

, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. Maintain accurate

records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client communications

. Provide

after-sales support

and build long-term relationships with key clients. Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and operations teams to deliver successful client outcomes. Mentor and guide entry-level sales and business development staff to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements & Skills



8-12 years of proven experience in

business development, client servicing, or sales

. Prior experience in

marketing agencies, real estate marketing, creative or digital agencies, BFSI, telecom, or home interiors

preferred. Strong

sales track record

with ability to close high-value deals. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

. Proficiency in

English

(verbal and written). In-depth

market knowledge

and understanding of client business needs. Strong

time management, planning, and strategic thinking

abilities. Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

.

Preferred Qualifications



Familiarity with

real estate marketing or brand promotion

will be an added advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise clients and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
