Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist, based in New Delhi with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The specialist will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with teams to drive the agency's growth.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and assess potential business opportunities
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients
Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to drive client acquisition and growth
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to strategize and execute business goals
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the marketing industry or in business development roles is advantageous
