Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Development & B2B Sales
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and bulk buyers.
Build strong relationships with channel partners and institutional clients.
Create territory-wise sales plans and achieve targets.
Conduct market visits and gather competitor insights.
2. Digital Presence & Online Sales
Manage online platforms (Website, India MART, Trade India, Amazon Business).
Handle product listings, enquiries, and online lead conversion.
Run digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Track digital performance and improve conversions.
3. Business Growth & Strategy
Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and achieve them.
Identify new business opportunities (industrial clients, OEMs, exporters).
Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Increase in distributors/channel partners.
Growth in online leads and digital conversions.
Revenue growth through B2B and online channels.
Improved brand visibility and engagement.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales and digital marketing.
Knowledge of e-commerce/B2B portals.
Analytical and CRM skills.
Experience in plastics or manufacturing (preferred).

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
