Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and prospect new business leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking within the Calicut and Kochi regions.
Client Acquisition:
Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively.
Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and explore upselling opportunities.
Market Analysis:
Keep track of local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in the CRM or daily reports.
Experience in edutech feild is prefferd
Qualifications
Education:
Any Graduate (BBA/MBA in Marketing or related field is a plus).
Language:
Fluency in
Malayalam and English
is mandatory for effective communication with local clients.
Travel:
Must possess a
two-wheeler and a valid driving license
for daily on-site visits and client meetings.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
