Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue for the agency. This role demands strong leadership, market understanding, and the ability to present creative solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Growth & Strategy



Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to expand the agency's client base. Build a strong pipeline through networking, client referrals, industry events, and digital lead generation.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management



Acquire new clients for advertising, branding, social media marketing, video production, and creative services. Conduct client presentations, pitch meetings, and solution-oriented discussions. Maintain strong, long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

3. Leadership & Team Coordination



Lead and mentor the Business Development Executives and support team members to achieve collective targets. Work closely with Creative, Digital Marketing, Content, and Accounts departments for smooth project execution. Ensure proper communication and follow-up on client requirements and deliverables.

4. Proposal Preparation & Negotiation



Prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch decks in coordination with internal teams. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients. Ensure all proposals meet company standards and client expectations.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking



Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and closing ratios in CRM. Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management. Analyze competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. 3-5+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in an advertising/creative or digital marketing agency. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising services. Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multifunctional departments. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
