We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and forecast sales
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of business development strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, and negotiation
Strong background in business development within the software industry
Excellent market knowledge and understanding of customer relationship management
Proficiency in sales techniques and experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
