Job Description

Drive

business growth and revenue

across loan products (PL, BL, HL, LAP, etc.) Identify and onboard

new DSAs, channel partners, builders, and corporate tie-ups

Generate quality leads and ensure

consistent disbursements

Build and maintain

strong relationships

with banks/NBFCs and partners Achieve

monthly and quarterly targets

for login, disbursement, and revenue Analyze

market trends and competitor offerings

to improve strategy Coordinate with

sales, credit, and operations

for smooth closures Ensure

compliance, policy adherence, and ethical selling

Track performance through

MIS, CRM, and reporting

Support

team productivity and business expansion


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
