This role acts as a key link between the brand, the showroom, and the design community by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients, while expanding market presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities Client & Architect Network Development
Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.
Organize and conduct showroom visits, presentations, and design consultations to showcase products and solutions.
Develop a strong pipeline of B2B and B2C clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
Business Growth & Sales Strategy
Develop and execute strategies to increase showroom footfall and sales revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Prepare sales forecasts, client proposals, MIS reports, and business performance updates.
Design Insight & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, finishes, and modular furniture systems.
Understand client requirements and provide customized design and product solutions.
Coordinate with design, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Brand Representation & Relationship Management
Represent the brand professionally at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Act as a bridge between the showroom and the design community by sharing market feedback and identifying new opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum
5 years of experience
in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the interior design, modular furniture, or architecture industry.
Proven experience working with architects, designers, and high-value clients.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of design aesthetics, materials, and furniture systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on sales approach.
Highly organized, self-driven, and target-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
