About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to lead student enrollments, corporate tie-ups, and institutional partnerships for our professional training and career development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through counseling sessions, corporate visits, campus outreach, and digital platforms. Build partnerships with colleges, corporates, and placement agencies. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets. Conduct program presentations, career counseling, and follow-ups. Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding. Support marketing events, webinars, and education fairs. Maintain accurate CRM records and submit performance reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). 1-3 years of experience in education sales, training institute BD, or B2B/B2C sales. Strong communication, presentation, and counseling skills. Target-driven, proactive, and good at building relationships.

Preferred Experience

Experience in accounting institutes or professional education. Knowledge of GCC/international finance programs. Existing network with colleges or corporates.
